Madeleines

Heya! Pour la recette en Français c’est ici!

-Ingredients-

  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g caster sugar
  • 150 g plain flour
  • 125 g unsalted butter
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

-Instructions-

  1. Preheat oven at 210 °C
  2. Beat the eggs with the sugar until it becomes a little fluffy.
  3. Add to the mix, the melted butter and the flour spoon by spoon while mixing.
  4. Add the lemon juice.
  5. Butter the madeleines mould.
  6. Add between 1 and 1 1/2 tbsp of the mix per madeleines mould.
  7. Bake for about 10 minutes.
  8. Demould the madeleines and let them cool off.
