-Ingredients-
- 250 g Flour
- 4 cl Olive oil
- 10 cl Water
- 2 Bell peppers (1 green and 1 red)
- 3 Tomato, peeled and seeded
- 1 Onion
- 1 Egg yolk
- Salt & pepper
- 10 cl Olive oil

-Instructions-
- Make the dough by mixing the flour, salt, water and olive oil. If the dough is too dry, you can add a little extra water. Let it sit for -at least- 30 minutes.
- Cut the peppers into strips and the tomatoes into cubes. Dice the onion.
- Sauté the onion over low heat in olive oil. Add the peppers, tomatoes, salt, pepper and let it cook for 30 minutes or more.
- Flatten the dough with a roll. Cut little circles out of the dough -around 10 cm, I used a big mug to make the circles-. Add 2 tablespoons of the mixture on half of the dough and fold the other half over. Use a fork to seal the dough together. With a brush -or a fork-, brush the dough with egg yolk.
- Bake 20 minutes at 160C.
